- These regulations set out the rules for renting holiday homes and staying on the premises of the Mazurska Zatoka resort in Łukta by Guests, and constitute an agreement between the resort and the property's Guest, which is concluded when the Guest makes a reservation.
- These regulations apply to all guests staying on the resort premises.
- The dates of your stay must be arranged with our reception by telephone on +48 575 396 558 or via e-mail at: rezerwacja@mazurskazatoka.pl.
- Check-in time for the chalets is from 15:00 on the first day, and check-out is by 10:00 on the final day of the stay.
- Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00.
- Check-out is by 10:00.
- Extension of the hotel check-out time must be arranged with reception. Extending the check-out time incurs an additional charge.
- The guest determines the length of stay when renting the holiday home and it is assumed that they will remain in it for that period; no refund of the payment for the stay is payable for shortening the duration of the stay.
- Mazurska Zatoka is not a hotel. The reception is open only during specified hours. Arrivals at times when the resort reception is closed must be arranged individually with the reception at least one day in advance.
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required prior to arrival to guarantee the booking.
- The deposit must be paid within two (2) days of making the reservation, to the bank account number indicated by the resort. Unless otherwise agreed with reception when making the reservation.
- The deposit is 100% of the total cost of the stay, payable at the time of booking, one or two days before arrival.
- In the event of complete cancellation of the stay by the Guest, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
- Every unfulfilled reservation (failure of the Guest to appear at the resort on the scheduled day of arrival) entitles the resort to unilaterally terminate the contract concluded with the Guest, i.e. to cancel the reservation, with the right to demand reimbursement of any costs incurred in connection therewith. The deposit paid by the Guest for the reserved stay, which did not take place in this manner, is non-refundable.
- Children up to the age of three (3) stay at the centre free of charge, provided they sleep in their parents’ bed. For other children (i.e. those over 3 years of age), the cost of their stay is calculated in the same way as for adults.
- By prior arrangement with reception, a travel cot for a small child and cot bedding are available (at an extra charge, subject to availability).
- Pets (up to 5 kg) are allowed in the Resort subject to prior approval by the Resort Manager in accordance with the pet stay regulations at Mazurska Zatoka Resort & Spa.
- In the chalets, it is forbidden to:
- taking/moving items that are part of the cottage's furnishings (e.g. furniture, bedding, towels, kitchenware, etc.) out of the cottage,
- moving the furniture around in the cottage yourself or making any changes to the interior design of the cottages,
- leaving live electrical cables and equipment unattended,
- using high-power electrical appliances that do not form part of the standard equipment of the chalet (e.g. own cookers, heaters, batteries, etc.),
- lighting barbecues on wooden chalet decking or in areas not designated for this purpose,
- lighting campfires independently is strictly forbidden within the grounds of the resort,
- Smoking and the use of open flames (electric cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and similar) are strictly prohibited in all cottages. The fee for deodorising a cottage is 1200 PLN. Smokers are kindly requested to go onto the terrace or to designated areas and to use ashtrays. ! Smoke detectors are installed in the cottages. Frying fish or preparing other meals with strong, unpleasant odours is strictly prohibited in all cottages! The fee for deodorising a cottage is 1200 PLN.
- Any kind of trading, gambling, promotional and advertising activities are prohibited within the resort without the consent of the resort owner.
- Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the safety of children and young people under the age of 18 on the premises. Children and young people must remain under the constant supervision of their guardians while on the property (particularly in the vicinity of the lake, pier, beach, swimming pool and barbecue hut). Legal guardians shall be held liable for any damage caused by children.
- Guests shall bear full financial liability for any damage or destruction of items, furnishings and technical equipment of the holiday home or resort caused by their fault. The entire resort area is under CCTV surveillance.
- The owner shall not be held liable for guests' belongings left in the cottages or on the premises of the resort.
- There is a car park for guests on the resort grounds. The car park is unattended and free of charge for one car per apartment. There is a charge for each additional car in the apartment. The resort owner is not responsible for vehicles parked on the premises or for any property left inside them. Cars may only be parked in the car park.
- Motor vehicles and bicycles must be parked in designated areas. One-way traffic and a maximum speed limit of 10 km/h apply throughout the resort.
- The basis for checking in a guest is the presentation of a photo ID to a reception desk employee and the signing of a registration card by the guest. By signing the registration card, the guest declares that they have read and accept the terms and conditions of these regulations.
- Key collection for the cottage takes place directly at reception, after guests have checked in at the property. In the event of losing the cottage keys, the guest is obliged to pay a fee of 100 PLN.
- On the day of check-in, guests are required to pay the tourist tax for all persons staying in the rented cottage. The tourist tax must be paid in cash.
- On the day of check-in, we collect (against a receipt) a refundable cash deposit of PLN 500 to cover any potential damage to the cottage or the resort. The deposit is returned in full on the day of the guests' check-out, following an inspection of the apartment by the resort staff, provided that no damage or destruction has been caused in the cottage (or on the resort premises) through the fault of the guests.
- The number of people staying in the cottage must match the number of people declared during the reservation. A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children can be accommodated in the cottage.
- Third parties (not included in the reservation) are forbidden from staying in the holiday homes and on the premises. Any visits, e.g. from family members, must be agreed in advance with reception.
- The registered guest bears full responsibility for any persons staying with them.
- Guests using the resort are obliged to comply with fire safety rules, general safety rules (including rules for staying by and on the water) and are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
- The resort owner is not liable for any potential water shortages caused by interruptions in the mains water supply, or power outages caused by failures in the power grid.
- Quiet hours must be observed within the resort from 22.00 to 7.00 the following day, with the exception of events organised and scheduled by the resort itself.
- As a rule, we DO NOT ORGANISE stag or hen parties, team-building events, lively birthdays or any other gatherings/events within the resort that could in any way disturb the peaceful rest of our Guests and violate our regulations.
- The peaceful, civilised and safe relaxation of our Guests is our priority. The behaviour of Guests within the resort and inside the holiday homes must not disturb the daily routine and relaxation of guests in neighbouring homes. The Owner may refuse to continue providing services (including removal from the property) to any person who violates this rule.
- Each cottage features: a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. The living room contains a sofa bed, a table, 4 chairs, and a television. The terrace has a patio table and 4 chairs. The bedrooms are furnished with beds, bedside tables, bedside lamps, and wardrobes. The kitchenette is equipped with cabinets featuring a hob, a fridge, and a sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary items for cooking and dining. The cottage includes fibre-optic internet, air conditioning with a heating function, a bathroom radiator, and external roller shutters. Each cottage is provided with white bed linen, white towels, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, a hair dryer, a clothes airer, an electric kettle with a welcome tea and coffee pack, and cleaning accessories.
- Upon receiving the keys to the cottage, the registered Guest becomes financially responsible for the cottage and its furnishings provided for their use. Immediately upon entering the cottage, the Guest is required to check the actual condition of the furnishings.
- During the guests' stay, we do not visit the cabins to clean them, change bed linen or towels, or take out the rubbish. The rubbish bin is located on the resort premises, and cleaning supplies are provided in the cabin.
- Before leaving the resort (before checking out), you are required to tidy up the chalet properly, i.e., in particular, please take out the rubbish (rubbish bins are located on the resort grounds), empty the fridge, wash the dishes and leave the chalet in a generally good state of cleanliness.
- On the day of departure, guests hand over the holiday homes to the owner or resort staff (including handing over the keys), and themselves report any damage incurred and settle it financially.
- In the event of any technical faults in the apartment, the Guest is requested to report them as soon as possible to the owner or the resort staff, which will enable an appropriate response and prompt action.
- Towels located in the chalets (white towels) must not be taken out of the chalets. In particular, taking them to the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and beach is forbidden (destruction or severe staining of a towel will incur a penalty – a deduction of 50 PLN from the deposit for each towel). Guests may use their own beach towels in the aforementioned places or hire pool towels at reception (for an additional fee).
- The sauna with a wooden tub and the hot tub are available for hire subject to prior reservation of a session at reception and depending on availability. The Spa price list is available at reception.
- Upon request and for an additional charge (price list available at reception), guests have the option of:
- linen and towel changes in the chalets (large towel, small towel, full set of bed linen),
- washing (and drying) on request,
- hire of a bathrobe or pool towel,
- housekeeping orders,
- The Mazurska Zatoka resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons:
- who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- behaving aggressively or in a manner widely considered vulgar,
- which did not inform the resort management about the organisation of events at the resort (e.g. stag dos, hen parties, team-building meetings, etc.)
- to minors,
- which during their previous stay violated the property regulations, in particular by causing damage to the resort's property, etc.
- On the day of departure, the guest is required to pay for the electricity consumed during their stay based on the meter reading. The rental price includes 10 kW per day. An additional charge applies if the electricity consumption in the cottage exceeds 10 kW per 24-hour period.
- Settlement of all charges (the cost of the stay and the costs of additional services ordered by the guests), the unchanged technical condition of the cottage (without damage and losses) verified beforehand by the resort staff, and the return of the full set of keys to the cottage by the guests, shall result in the refund of the deposit collected on the day of arrival.
- On the day of departure, it is forbidden to leave the property without handing it over to the owner and checking the condition of the apartment.
- Children are only permitted to stay in the playground, on the beach, by the swimming pool, or by the lake under the supervision of adults, who assume full responsibility for them and also undertake to comply with the regulations of the playground, water marina, and swimming pool – these regulations are available at the resort.
- The use of the resort's facilities and equipment (e.g. pier, beach, children's playground, barbecue, sun loungers) during your stay at the resort is free of charge. This does not apply to:
- water sports equipment and bicycle rental,
- saunas with plunge pool, hot tub,
- other attractions that require a fee – a price list is available at the resort reception.
- Guests are obliged to comply with the regulations of the marina, playground, swimming pool and the Spa zone regulations. These regulations are available at the property reception and in the holiday homes.
- When making a reservation, the guest declares that they have no comments or objections regarding the equipment, technical solutions of the holiday home, and the resort infrastructure.
- Making a reservation and checking in at the resort is tantamount to accepting the terms and conditions of these regulations.
- In matters not covered by these regulations, the management of the Mazurska Zatoka Centre shall decide.

GDPR
In fulfilment of the obligation set out in Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 119/1 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as the „GDPR”, Green Flow Sp. z o.o., ul. Zbigniewa Herberta 19, 43-460 Chojnice, hereinafter referred to as the „Company“, hereby informs that:
- The administrator of your personal data is Green Flow Sp. z o.o., ul. Zbigniewa Herberta 19, 43-460 Chojnice, NIP: 555 212 59 43 – for the purpose of carrying out your stay / renting cottages at the Mazurska Zatoka Resort & Spa facility in Łukta.
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of booking accommodation at the Mazurska Zatoka property and providing services to you by the Company in connection with your stay at Mazurska Zatoka, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e. for the performance of a contract concluded between you and the Company concerning your stay at the Mazurska Zatoka property; pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e. separate consent; in the event of any disputes, your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending the Company's legal claims – pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which constitutes the so-called legitimate interest, which is the establishment, exercise or defence of the Company's rights.;
- The recipients of your personal data shall be exclusively entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of separate provisions of law, as well as authorised employees of the Company.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a recipient in a third country or to an international organisation;
- Your personal data will be stored for 1 year, unless the consent to their processing is withdrawn by you beforehand; data processed for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending claims (e.g. in court proceedings) will be stored for the limitation period of claims resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code;
- You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you consider that the processing of your personal data by the Company infringes the provisions of the GDPR;
- The provision of personal data is voluntary, subject to the proviso that the provision of personal data is a condition for concluding the agreement referred to in point (b) above;
- You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
